Cyberon Voice Commander BT headset support

Q :	I have your Cyberon Voice Commander preloaded in my mobile device, and it is very useful for me. It will be more great if I can have it to be activated via the BT headset. Can you advise how to do it ?
A :	Cyberon Voice Commander is able to support voice commands issued from Bluetooth headsets. However it depends on the phone vendor to decide whether they will enable this function or not. For more bluetooth supporting details, please refer to the phone vendor's technical support personnel.

Cyberon Voice Commander issue on recognition accuracy

Q :

I heard from some web discussions that this program works well for them. But when I tried, it just doesn't work for me. Any clue?

A :

Firstly, if the recognition does not reach the expectation, please go to Start --> Setting --> Voice Commander Setting to check if voice commander is reading the names or applications as expected. Besides, you are strongly suggested to wait 1~2 seconds after the "beep" to say your command. If the command is given too early, the recorded voice will be incomplete and may affect the recognition accuracy.

Where can I purchase the Cyberon Voice Commander?

Q :	I see on the interenet forum that your product is working perfectly on the Windows Mobile platform. Can I know where can I purchase it ?
A :	Thank you for your interest in Cyberon Voice Commander. However, for the consideration of hardware audio quality, CVC is only preloaded in the tested devices for shipment. We are not able to provide a retail edition.

Can I get CVC in other language?

Q :

I have your Cyberon Voice Commander preloaded in my mobile phone, the language is English. However, I found the recognition rate is not as expected since what I speak is British English. I browsed your website and found you support also UK English. Can you provide me that edition for replacement ?

A :

Currently CVC is only preloaded in the hardware by the manufacturer, we are not able to provide a stand-alone edition. However, CVC supports cross language adaptation, you can go to Start > Settings > Voice Commander Setting to record preferred voice tag for contact/ application/ music files. After recording the voice tag, you can directly say " Call + Voice Tag" to make a phone call when activating CVC. Please refer to the "Voice Commander Settings" section in the user's manual for detailed instruction.
